These tests used to reside in EpiModel, but are slated for removal in EpiModel/EpiModel#825.
They don't depend on anything beyond ergm, so I'm offering them here if desired.
I went for thoroughness rather than speed so feel free to pare them back if you want to (although they only take about 15s on my computer).
The point is to confirm that networks and networkLites produce equivalent results for estimation, simulation, and summarization.
