clear model fit iterations and summary after new network is uploaded #17

currently the summary statistics get updated, but before clicking 'Fit Model' again, the model fit from previous network is still visible

Introduced observer reactive value that toggles between 0 and 1 depending on whether the network or the model formula (via 'Model Fit' button) was changed most recently. Fit iterations and fit summary get cleared if they are out of date.
