added interactive network plot #48

This is for issue #44. I added in the ndtv-d3 interactive plot, with option to toggle between it and the existing plot. Still need to figure out styling for tooltips (is there a css file for the app?) And the displayisolates=FALSE option is not currently supported by ndtv-d3 (need to add for future release)

I made a commit to resolve the merge conflicts, but didn't have permission to push back to your branch before merging this PR. Instead I made a new branch in this repository with your commits and will submit a new PR from that.
