revdepcheck::revdep_check(num_workers = 4) - package no longer maintained; no revdeps for this pkg anyway
[x] Update cran-comments.md
[x] git push
[ ] Draft blog post

Submit to CRAN:

[x] devtools::submit_cran()
[x] Approve email

release only bumped to 0.5.8 since use_version() was going to overwrite some stuff and I forgot to update manually.
