Error on Update XMLs in galaxy_tool_directory folder #34

I created a new tool, with one parameter, and clicked on Update XMLs in galaxy_tool_directory in Build Tool Repository. The app return an error message. It looks like the parameter was not set as the child of the tool.

This error occurs when you create your components for your tool but NEVER view the XML content page. The view XML file action actually pull the components and creates the actual XML file. I need to clarify this somewhere in the documentation, or maybe find a better way to create the XML file.
