Add a "Gene/Transcript Expression" page under genomic data #435

Feature description

This page would feature all expression analyses. Table format of transcriptomes page would be a good template.

We need description to add it to the Genomic Data section at the bottom of the home page.

@mestato or @bradfordcondon if you could provide a brief description of what gene profiles are. Preferably a description that has a good amount of keywords for Google.

maybe... "Quantification of gene expression (also called digital gene expression) is available for all of these organisms across one or more samples. These samples may represent different tissues, different developmental stages, and/or different treatments. The profiling was conducted by RNA sequencing (RNASeq), and normalized expression values are available for all transcripts."
