Galaxy- Sequence Quality Control Single and Double End- list of problems #563

Overall issue - Title in green bar is not user-friendly

Step 2:

[x] - Typo, should be ‘single-end read’ not ‘reads’.
[ ] - Doesn’t seem to accept fastq.gz files, though the error message says it should
[x] - Reword description under Data Collection: “You may select from previously uploaded files, or upload new files.”
[ ] - Todo: 64 GB is a lot of data to allow for each user.
[ ] - Question: it accepts sam files, is that even feasible when the quota is 64 GB?

Step 3:

[ ] - No Advanced Options present by default?

Step 4:

[ ] - reword “Allows you to check the quality of your reads before doing any further analysis.”
[x] - Second bullet point: typo, ‘reads quality’ -> ‘read’s quality’.
[ ] - Under Contaminant list:
[ ] - Fix punctuation.
[ ] - Refer to a different example file?

Step 5:

[ ] - Same issue as above, no options available.

Step 6:

[ ] - Same issues as step 4.

Step 7:

[ ] - Instructions are blank box.
[ ] - Blank boxes under description for each step.
[ ] - Looking at paired end:
[ ] Double End shares almost all of the above issues, and in addition has this one exclusive issue:
[ ] in step 5, the summary states that it defaults to single-end.
