the logs say

TypeError: Argument 1 passed to file_usage_add() must be an instance of stdClass, boolean given, called in /var/www/html/sites/all/modules/custom/tripal_galaxy/tripal_galaxy.module on line 675 in file_usage_add() (line 702 of /var/www/html/includes/file.inc).
