update macadamia ref genome

To do:

• [ ] Genbank only available on NCBI - can we convert to gff? (Meg)
• [x] delete the v1.1 links and file on server
• [x] delete the gff file (no genes!) and file on server

The gb file from NCBI doesn't include genes, only scaffolds. Lost cause, appears to have no annotation publicly available. Closing.
