BLAST,IPS xmls, and raw data are located here on the ACF /lustre/haven/proj/UTK0032/projects/undergrads/Corylus_avellana_Tombul Someone with access to the ucon server will need to load these into the site as well as provide download links to the raw data.

There is also a set of old features associated with a previous reference genome that need to be deleted.

There's some issue with the trees not being built for this organism- the reference genome doesn't have tabs for Gene Ontology Browser and Kegg Browser.
