bradfordcondon commented 6 years ago

The below analyses are not converted to any subtype.

(NOTE see comments for up to date "left behind"list)

Created under Tripal 3

(therefore created as base analysis type, with no proptype set. solution: set the proptype, run alchemist) Analysis Poplar (Populus trichocarpa) Analysis Eastern Cottonwood (Populus deltoides)

Treatments

I think these are from biosamples? Solution: set to type analysis_expression, run alchemist

American Sweetgum Ozone Treatments Green Ash Ozone Treatments Northern Red Oak Ozone Treatments Honey Locust Ozone Treatments Sugar Maple Ozone Treatments Tulip Poplar Ozone Treatments Black Walnut Ozone Treatments Blackgum Ozone Treatments

GO analysis

GO for P. serotina InterproScan 5

Other

European Ash de novo Hydrangea (Hydrangea macrophylla) de novo Dogwood (Cornus florida) de novo Sugar Maple (Acer saccharum) - 010515 de novo Blackgum (Nyssa sylvatica) - 120313 de novo Tulip Poplar (Liriodendron tulipifera) - 120313 de novo Black Walnut Ozone Treatment Experiment de novo Green Ash Ozone Treatment Experiment de novo Northern Red Oak (Quercus rubra) - RO454_v2 de novo Northern Red Oak Ozone Treatment Experiment de novo English Walnut(Juglans regia)

Note that Alchemist will make converting these very easy, assuming they have props.

If they have no props thats OK. props cna be set via SQL or we can build more functionality into Alchemist.

bradfordcondon commented 6 years ago

A lot of the others were converted automatically via Tripal Alchemist.

Here's whats left.

migrated TITLE current type destination type
Analysis Eastern Cottonwood (Populus deltoides) Analysis N/A (tree not in db)
GO for P. serotina InterproScan 5 Analysis Go analysis

Note: i thought the treatments should be biomaterials, but no, they are transcriptomes.

Ozone Treatment analyses

We do not currently have those content types linking out anywhere (see the tuli poplar for example).

For these I would guess we don't even want to keep these analyses? Or we can keep them as is, but they'll show up in the analysis browser and not be particularly informative. Finally we can migrate them to Biomaterial analyses (which we've talked about creating).

Analysis Eastern Cottonwood (Populus deltoides)/

Analysis Poplar (Populus trichocarpa)

We don't have these organisms loaded, so I don't think its very important.

closing this issue for now.

Future generations may wish to create and utilize the Gene ontology or biomaterial types, but for now they are happy as plain analyses.
