I'm going to try and add the OBO file in teh seeder so tests pass.
testHookAddsToIndex has no assertion, ill add that too -> edit oops, we dont need this test at all, its a stub i left.

Just so you know, the hooks tests are in the indexer test file since they use the same the data and they all run the indexer so thought it's DRYer that way.

Pretty pleased with this, we have some solid tests now.
