each mRNA glyph now ecxcludes UTRs, polypeptide, and the mRNA location. Instead, the mRNA is composed of its individual exons.
all locations are now relative to the scaffold position. This means the numbers in hte table match up to those on the drawing. We offset the drawing to be the width of the gene.
