Export guides to alternate formats #20

Has been suggested that PDFs would be desirable, possibly through use of pandocs.

There might also be ways to easily link to jekyll, e.g. https://github.com/abeMedia/jekyll-pdf

We could also investigate option to add 'social sharing' to pages to make it easier to send links for content

Note, realised that not all plugins are natively supported on the github pages platform (see https://help.github.com/articles/adding-jekyll-plugins-to-a-github-pages-site/)

So if we do want to use any external we would need to build site locally and push, which isn't quite as smooth as current implementation

jekyll pdf: https://github.com/abeMedia/jekyll-pdf fails on windows but worth trying on max/linux @dave-mills
