Create standard templates for use in different sections

I think it makes sense (and will help us churn out content faster) if there is some sort of standard template to use. If divided into sections it would also allow for a consistent nav bar to help get to different parts.

I would suggest one-pager software/tools headings along the lines of:

• Overview / what it is
• When / Why you might want to use it
• How to install
• Examples
• Further links / Support

I would hope to keep each section reasonably brief as we'd mostly be using the platform to provide a gateway/introduction to a wider ecosystem of tools

Vaguely related, I've built a system that support local links to display in the side navbar and provided an example for the voyager tool template. It works but a) would be exhaustive to define on every page individually (vote in favour of more standard templates), b) requires extra markup on all files which could be forgotten (vote against full system).

Basically everything should probably be discussed a bit more before running ahead too much (note to Chris)
