As our users will often be on low-bandwidth/limited connections it would be good for us to minimise network bandwidth. Whilst service workers (#27) go a long way to optimising bandwidth, simple things like image compression also go a long way.

For me converting my standard screenshots to MozJpeg reduced file sizes up to 90%! (from 500kb -> 80kb)

note, as all images are in an assets folder it might be easiest to automate/batch compress in one go at the end
