Noticed that lots of errors are flagged when importing cleaned data, due to expected data types not matching. It appear that the mysql import from excel which defines the variable types makes a few mistakes, notably changing some of the yes/no columns (e.g. farmer own practice) to int.
This doesn't have a huge impact for the example data, but probably worth investigating/solving/advising more in the future.
