Single stage testing #209

Lots of changes likely need to be made when dealing with only single stage - most simple but need to be accurate (check things including calculator formula outputs as there is a switch condition)

Most changes made so sections present correctly, still need to check calculations are correct (speak to Sam) and verify data in word export (possible issue with srsn and fpc)
