Pressing enter automatically submits the form #17

  1. At the moment, if I enter after scoring a principle, it automatically "saves and next" (making it almost too easy to skip comments and examples of the assessment) - maybe the system could return a message like "do you want to save and move on?" so that another enter would be necessary before moving on?

This is a "works as intended - still a bug" issue. By default, when you press enter in an html form input field, the default response is to submit the form. But it's not intuitive to users.
