Performed testing for all items in local env. All items are working fine.

Just one little question about the fix for issue #175

• we check latest_assessment->principle_status now, should we also check latest_assessment->redline_status?

Testing procedure:

• assess red flags, assess principles, show initiative information, spider chart is showed
• assess red flags, change one red flag from "No" to "Yes", Save
• show initiative information, spider chart is still showed

Hmm, good point on going back and changing a red flag after the main principle assessment. I'll have a think about that one.
