Changing red-flag status from passed to fail doesn't remove any completed principle assessment status. #186

Describe the bug When an initiative is marked as red-flags passed, then it changes after the main assesment, things go wrong...

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create an initiative and set it having passed all red flags.
  2. Complete the main principle assessment.
  3. Go back and make it fail one of the red flags.

now, the spider diagram still shows on the Show Initiative page. It also may have other consequences we haven't found yet...

Expected behavior What should happen is that it is treated as having a 0 overall score everywhere. It should not be counted for the dashboard principle summary, and the spider diagram should not show.
