This PR

prefills the project currency with the organisation's currency
hides exchange rate if the project currency is the same as the organisation's currency

Any nulls in the database for projects.exchange_rate need to be changed to 1 before migrating

Deployment in staging env is completed. Performed testing with positive testing result.

When creating a new initiative, currency is pre-filled with institution's default currency. The exchange rate section is hidden.

If currency is removed, exchange rate section will be showed.
