(MINOR) Fix the db seeders after portfolio database structure change #194

1 line change to update the database seeder based on the portfolio table structure change. FIxes issue when running migrate:fresh.

Deployment in staging env is completed.

Testing has not been performed as it is not necessary to run the seeder file during pilot.
