Describe the bug
The excel template has the following instruction text for the "exchange_rate" variable:
"1 of this initiative's currency = XXX EUR".
The EUR should be the institution's default currency, whatever that is.
The issue is that this template is a static Excel file. To update this, we would need to either:
make it dynamic (a lot of work for this one, tiny change)
add in a script to change this text in the file before downloading (possible by using similar code to that used in the ODK link package when updating the form title inside the XLS file.).
I think we should instead update the instruction text to be more generic.
