The main issue is that it jumps onto 2 lines even though there is so much space to the left! I would like us to have it so:

The menu uses the available space on 1 line
when it does need to go onto 2 lines, we either expand the header bar so both lines are still within the header, or we turn it into a mobile-style 3-line menu.
