Describe the bug
This is sort of a bug and sort of a feature-request. Now we have a clear way of marking portfolios as either "contributing" or "not contributing" to the global analysis, I think we should only use initiatives that are marked as contributing for the dashboard.
Currently, the platform is filled with tests, and so the "other people's initiatives" side of the dashboard screens are not really showing anything real. This was fine for demos, but now we need to make sure that only 'real' data is shown on those dashboards. The best way to do that is to filter to only use initiatives within portfolios that are marked as "contributing" to the global analysis.
