• Updated the Search Feature in Initiatives List We enhanced the search function on the Initiatives List. It used to only search initiatives by their names, but now it also allows initiatives to be found by their code. This update should make the search function more useful and easier to use.

• Improved Input Field Display Text The placeholder text on the Input Field in the Initiatives List screen was modified. Now instead of generic text, it clearly prompts the user to "Search Initiatives By Name or Code". This change is to help users understand better what search options are available.
