Comparison for Exchange Rate Retrieval in Staging Env and Live Env #255

This PR is created for comparing the differences between staging env and live env.

If there is no program change to exchange rate retrieval command and/or job, this PR is not necessary to proceed and it can be closed.

For my checking, I cannot find any program change related to exchange rate retrieval. I would assume the program files for exchange rate retrieval are identical in both staging env and live env.

We do not need to deploy this PR to live env.

Great. So given we now know that the current staging site is working, let's update the live site to the equivalent environment and proceed with the next steps.
