A small PR. Resolves #47.
This adds space in the database for a principle description and url link to more information. Both are optional.
I also pulled descriptions for all 13 principles from https://www.agroecology-europe.org/the-13-principles-of-agroecology/, along with info links for some - those are now included in the PrincipleSeeder.
