Updates to UX:
adds filtering of initiatives;
updates redlines to use "FAILED" status when needed;
updates redline assessment UX;
Principle Assessment
automatically removes custom tags with no name during save
save actions now automatically refresh the root component, so you immediately see the rating on the main principle list view.
