On the initiative information page, the PDFs generated are far too faint - as if there is a transparency mask over the entire content.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to any initiative information page. Click "generate pdf" button.
Expected behavior
The generated pdf should be a good reproduction of the information shown on the page.
