Describe the bug
In dashboard, summary data is not updated after selecting a portfolio.
User needs to click "Modify Filters" button and "Apply Filters" button to submit request.
To Reproduce
Dashboard > SHOWING PORTFOLIO, it seems always showing data of all portfolios even a portfolio is selected
Expected behavior
Dashboard > SHOWING PORTFOLIO, it shows portfolio specific data after selecting a portfolio
