Update Readme #22

Readme is currently outdated (wow that was fast!). It would make sense for future update to only provide more broad overview (to prevent outdating) and basic instructions to get up and running i.e.,

Clone repo
install node and dependencies,
Install bower (via node) and dependencies,
Install polymer and firebase cli's
Serve locally, or build and deploy
