Prepare for doctr #20

I think for doctr to work, you have to remove symbolic links, so I replaced the symbolic links with copies.

I should also mention that "devel" and "dev" here are rebuilt docs using the latest branch I have from github master.

Also, I pushed this to my gh-pages branch, so you can view the final product here...

Change devel to stable or 0.9.0 or whatever to look at older docs.
