Currently openzeppelin-test-helpers crashes when decoding conflicting events, as workaround I used a manual decoding for now.

I reported this crash in issue https://github.com/OpenZeppelin/openzeppelin-test-helpers/issues/132 And created a fix in PR https://github.com/OpenZeppelin/openzeppelin-test-helpers/pull/133
