Set up a view-only channel

Hi @shamisem - This is an article for review. It's already in our develop branch because I had to share it with the designers.

This content works along with the 'About view-only channels', https://github.com/status-im/help.status.im/pull/665. I tried to have all the content in one document, but it was too long. Please, add any comments or suggestions you may have.
