update pubchat channels with active channels

Add the pubchat channels from this doc, and sorts alphabetically.

This change will make our analytics more accurate and reflect actual Status usage.

Before this is merged the default channels needs to be removed from here https://github.com/status-im/statusd-bots/blob/master/cmd/pubchats/defaults.go#L4 as per Adam's suggestion
