Move NextCloud instance to a bigger host

Since we're going to be moving Legal documents from Google Drive to our NextCloud instance we need more resources.

This is a good task to do in parallel with the deployment of a proper NextCloud instance for Logos organization:

We can replicate the same host setup if it proves to work well.
