Wekan instance memory and CPU usage spikes

Several times now we've seen Wekan become unresponsive and have a major memory and CPU usage spike:

This doesn't just affect Wekan but also other services on the todo.office host, like HackMD or Octobox.

I've decided to migrate Wekan to a separate host:
