Add additional shard for sending non protected messages #19

Please add in ansible/group_vars/boot.yml and ansible/group_vars/store.yml in the nim_waku_pubsub_topics section:

  - '/waku/2/rs/16/64'

I tried sending a PR but I dont have write access to this repo
