IPFS contributor list does not match the list of contributors in the contract. #37

It seems that deleting a contributor on the UI only deletes the user from the contract, but they will still appear in the IPFS contributor list. (They're not shown on the UI which is the correct behavior).

Expected behavior: Remove the contributor from both IPFS and the smart contract.
