I have looked at the RAW version of the README.md, wondering why the badge status in the README.md seems different from other badge statuses.
The badge status is just a link to an SVG image and does not depend on the CI status. At least the icon appears black instead of grey. Clicking on it does not link to the CI workflow.
It will always appear as passing even if the CI is not.
The problem has been introduced by PR #90, followed by #96.
