After PR deployment 404 page not found on testing env

1. No new claims are displayed on SOB

Steps: Requirements: GH account is whitelisted, signed app, test application is added to repo;

• create the issue with bounty, wait until the contract is deployed
• create PR to fix it (i.e., with Fix #issue in description)
• check Open Bounties and Activity on SOB

Actual result:

new claim on bounty (Open Bounties, Activity)

Expected result:

no new claim neither in Open Bounties nor in Activity

Tested functionality

• Contract deployment
• Claiming two bounties in same issue - two keywords for closing bounties in comment -> merge PR -> confirm payout -> winner is set in all bounties -> funds are received;
• Claiming three bounties in same issue - keywords in title + keywords in comment -> merge PR -> set ETH address for BCreator -> confirm payout -> winner is set in all bounties -> funds are received;
• Claiming one bounty + closing one issue(not bounty)
