Updating info on GitHub(issue title, GitHub profile name) doesn't affect SOB #414

Description

Type: Bug

Summary: when user updates issue title in GitHub, it is not updated accordingly on SOB site; same behavior for profile (organization) name.

Expected behavior

same info on GitHub and SOB site

Actual behavior

old data on SOB org 291 png 2018-04-13 15-53-59

Reproduction

Requirements: GH account is whitelisted, signed app, test application is added to repo;

create an issue with bounty on https://openbounty.status.im:444/
change issue title
open 'Open bounties' on https://openbounty.status.im:444/

Ethereum wallet used: MetaMask
Browser: Chrome
Operating System: Mac OSx High Sierra 10.13.3
