Description

Type: Bug Summary: closed bounties are displayed on new dashboard (Manage bounties tab).

Expected behavior

closed bounty is not displayed in Manage bounties(like in Bounties )

Actual behavior

closed bounty is displayed in Manage bounties

Reproduction

Requirements: GH account is whitelisted, signed app, test application is added to repo;

Create an issue
Put bounty label on it
wait until it is displayed in Bounties
close issue
wait until it disappears from Bounties
log in as BCreator
open Manage bounties

Additional Information

Ethereum wallet used: MetaMask
Browser: Chrome
Operating System: Mac
