Fix e2e tests for Jenkins #446

In this PR:

resolved missing git configuration for Repo
ORG name parametrized and added to config.ini
fixed too long waiting time in github.py
replaced selector in bounties.py to more appropriate
changed develop branch to the parameter from Jenkins
