Add search to openbounty.status.im #450

Currently there is no way to search open bounties. The bounties are show in order of date posted and in a list with a previous and next button. There should be a way to search bounties since it is difficult to find bounties.

Suggested:

Implement a search api like Algolia to be able to search and query the list of bounties.
