Looks like we lost a few dev call notes, so let's pick up where we left off with #24. Please add any items for the agenda here.

I'd like to hear what the latest from Core/Infra is re PoW change upgrade

We can discuss briefly Waku mode if there's interest (going to touch on it in protocol call before). One thing that'd be good to get clarity on is who from Core wants to help develop PoC for it, another is in terms of how minimally we can scope it

I'd like to discuss notifications as well, if people could read https://discuss.status.im/t/fixing-notifications/1379/16 and particularly give feedback on running Status as a service on Android

I'd like to bring up a potential breaking change which would be good if we can make it into v1: https://github.com/vacp2p/specs/pull/19, otherwise a compatibility strategy is required.
