Not a major problem, but with the eventual merging of https://github.com/status-im/specs/pull/114 there will be the following numbered specs:
stable/8-eips
draft/sticker-pack
8
stable/9-ethereum-usage
stable/9-waku-usage
draft/9-3rd-party
stable/10-waku-mailserver
Reorder the specs as follows:
stable/10-waku-usage
stable/11-waku-mailserver
draft/12-sticker-pack
draft/13-3rd-party
Priority is given to stable specs followed by the age of the spec, oldest gets the lower number.
