edit Initial Status Protocol Overview (closes #11) #17

This is an attempt to clean up the Status Protocol Overview which is supposed to be an introduction to the protocol and reference to other more detailed documents in this repository.

@adambabik how much work is there left on this PR? when do you think we can merge it?

@oskarth @decanus please take a look again.

I removed principles because like I mentioned somewhere before they were formed after the protocol was implemented. Also, I don't think duplicating them is a good idea. We have Protocol overview to fill in where we can mention them.

Todo:

[ ] fill in Protocol overview section
[ ] fill in Censorship resistance.

@oskarth maybe we merge and tackle these two missing sections in separate PRs?
